How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the UAE takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery to GCC countries takes 5–10 business days.
International delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on the country.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?
Yes, we deliver within the UAE, to GCC countries, several Arab countries, and internationally.

AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 100

GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman)
Free delivery for orders above AED 200
AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 200

Arab Countries
(Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, and others)
Flat shipping fee: AED 80

International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the case and take the appropriate action.

What about returns and exchanges?
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns or exchanges.

No. Ladun accessories are not medical devices.
They are designed for protection and decoration only and do not affect insulin delivery or the accuracy of glucose monitoring devices.
