Return & Refund Policy

At Ladun, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
For health and safety reasons, stickers or adhesive products (such as sensor patches) cannot be exchanged once opened.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, Ladun will cover the return shipping cost.
Domestic returns (UAE): 20 AED.
International returns: please contact us for details.

Ladun reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
