Shipping policy

At Ladun, we ensure fast and reliable delivery across the UAE, the GCC, and the wider Middle East & North Africa region.

Delivery Rates:

• UAE: Free delivery for orders above AED 100. A delivery fee of AED 20 applies to orders below AED 100.
• GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): Free delivery for orders above AED 200. A delivery fee of AED 50 applies to orders below AED 200.
• Other regional countries (Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Morocco, and others): Flat delivery fee of AED 80.

Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the UAE and GCC, and 7–14 business days for the rest of the region.

Important Notes:

• The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
• Ladun is not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
